Matthias Ufer
CEO, Schumacher Verfahrenstechnik
"AI cooling isn't a variation of classic data center cooling. Direct-to-chip, liquid-to-chip, immersion: these are a new engineering category, and they're being defined right now. We've built Schumacher to grow with this category. Stainless-steel components that are pressure-tight, audit-ready and ready to evolve as fast as the architectures themselves – co-engineered with the teams shaping what AI cooling will look like."
/ ABOUT

Schumacher Verfahrenstechnik – Wiehl, Germany

Schumacher grew out of process engineering applications where pressure tightness and full traceability had to hold up over decades. That same engineering discipline now powers our work in AI cooling.
We design and manufacture stainless-steel components for the specific application. Design, calculation and production happen under one roof, which is what lets us co-engineer with our customers from concept through install.
Our standard: a cooling component should run quietly for years.
Manufacturing capabilities
Nominal sizes
DN 3 mm to DN 1,600 mm
Pressure & testing
Hydrostatic test up to 650 bar, X-ray inspection, dye-penetrant testing
Welding processes
TIG, Orbital, MAG, Stick (E-Hand) and robotic welding. All welders certified to DIN EN 287-1.
Quantities & temperature
Small batches from 1 to 600 units. Suitable for cooling applications from –40 °C to +120 °C, and beyond depending on material and design.
